Mark Schulman
CEO and Founder
Mark has developed residential real estate in Massachusetts
for nearly forty years, easily working on more than one hundred
different jobs. About sixteen years ago, he started development in
Middlesex county where he leveraged his prior experience into
the practice of specialty homes. He prides himself on
transparency and his ability to recognize upcoming problems
before they happen.
Nick Schulman
Operations Manager
Nicholas has not just studied, but lived through
this industry his entire life. He took his first steps onto a company
jobsite when he was three years old, and now he applies
everything he has learned into many of the behind the scenes
aspect of company management. With a certificate in Real
Estate Finance from MIT, he has proven an indispensable asset
to the team.
Matt Harding
Project Manager
Matt has worked on everything from government projects to celebrity homes, and he has done it for decades. Well-respected in the industry and highly organized, Matt brings a unique combination of practical expertise in several areas of construction with the highest levels of professionalism to the construction site. Buyers can rest assured that there is no project too big or too complicated for Matt.
